ONETEES Women’s Bags – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your ONETEES bag, we’re here to help!

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To qualify for a return, items must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • In original packaging with tags attached
    • Free from signs of wear, damage, or alterations

Note: Sale items, customized bags, and gift cards are non-refundable unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. ONETEES is not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
